Taxicab Company Monthly Statistics Templates

Monthly Statistics Submissions

Certificate holders are required to submit monthly statistics to the Taxicab Authority using the following templates on or before the 10th of each month following the month being reported.

Directions

  1. Open the workbook above for the month on which to report.
  2. Duplicate the worksheet on additional tabs if you are reporting for multiple companies, being sure to name each worksheet as appropriate.
  3. Enter the data completely, to include leased medallion trips.
  4. Save the document to your computer.
  5. Submit an email to CFontillas@taxi.state.nv.us and CMell@taxi.state.nv.us with the completed excel spreadsheet(s) as an attachment, in no other format, on or before the 10th of each month following the month being reported.
